From that first victory at Pros N Joes to winning both the Joes and Pros divisions, our passion for competition BBQ quickly turned into a decade-long run on the professional BBQ circuit.
Led by Pitmaster Dennis Daniel, we earned Reserve Grand Champion at just our second professional competition and spent over 10 years competing and winning awards across California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Along the way, we perfected the bold flavors, precise techniques, and consistent quality that define true competition BBQ.
